About
Amidst the ongoing Coronavirus lockdown restrictions, the need for digital and online customer services has never been more vital. Using real life client examples from Gateshead Council and others, this session will explore ways in which your organisation can rapidly deliver focussed and easy to use pandemic-based ‘request for support’ and ‘volunteer help’ services, whilst also ensuring residents are kept informed and engaged. Furthermore, we demonstrate how easy it is to use a variety of management and performance dashboards to provide detailed reporting of residents using these services, and identifying those in need of support during these unprecedented times. We will also be joined by GOSS clients, West Berkshire Council, who will share their experience of how these services have enabled them to provide support to their community over the past few weeks.
We welcome you to join us for these LocalGovCamp Lockdown session to discover how other organisations have responded to the ongoing crisis, share your own developments and discuss what new challenges we will face in the coming weeks.
Presented live by GOSS Head of Account Management - Andy Orchard, and GOSS Sales Director – Simon Smith, this session is a must for any organisation looking to seek ways in which to deliver support and effective digital services to their communities.
