Sandy Steiger
Sr Director Advanced Analytics and Automation at TQL
Sandy Steiger is a Sr Director Advanced Analytics and Automation at TQL
where she leads a team of analysts focused on enabling the broader organization to understand, analyze and articulate the insights and story that live within the data.

Sandy spent two years in academia at Miami University as the Director of the Center for Analytics and Data Science, Sandy was responsible for providing co-curricular experiences that allow students to embrace the application of analytics and data science.

Prior to joining, Sandy spent 15 years at 84.51° and dunnhumbyUSA in analytical roles throughout the organization. Her most recent role was Vice President, Data Science & Analytics, where she was responsible for developing a strategic roadmap that would bring transformational, innovative thinking to 84.51°, focused on driving data science at scale across the Enterprise.

Sandy holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Miami University, Ohio, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Business from Mount St. Joseph University.

Kalen Howell Sr, MBA
Chief Information Officer at ChemStation
Kalen Howell has been building and leading technology teams for over 20 years.

Early in his career he founded and ran an IT Consulting Firm, BK Digital IT Solutions and Services (2000 - 2016), in 16 years it grew from one person (himself) to as many as 12 technicians and engineers. The firm served small to midsized businesses and government institutions spanning Southwest Ohio.

During this time, he also earned the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Master of Science in Computer Science while gaining over 14 years of experience working in the Software Quality and Software Engineering fields.

At this point Kalen transitioned from business owner to corporate technology leader, while focusing on earning his MBA degree. His management career includes roles as Manager of Quality Engineering in the Legal Software field, Manager of Ancillary Systems in the Healthcare field, Director of IT and Assistant Vice President of IT Business and Quality Group in the Finance field.

Kalen's leadership strengths include:

Matt Coatney
Chief Information Officer at Thompson Hine LLP
Matt Coatney is a seasoned C-level business, strategy, product, and technology executive, consultant, and creator with 25 years of diverse experience. He currently serves as CIO of law firm Thompson Hine.

Matt has led $15-75M divisions and portfolios for large global corporations, completed multiple acquisitions and resulting integrations, co-founded three companies and advised several others, been an early-stage employee of two successful tech startups, advised dozens of business and technology professionals across all stages of company formation and growth, and launched over a dozen successful products.

Matt writes and speaks frequently on business strategy and advanced technology topics. In addition to a TED talk and keynotes, his work has been published by MIT, HarperCollins, and O'Reilly and has appeared in books, journals, and international conferences.

Colleen E. Kirkpatrick, JD, LLM, SHRM-CP
Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Ethos Laboratories
Colleen E. Kirkpatrick is a Director of Human Resources and Compliance and Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for Ethos Laboratories. Kirkpatrick is responsible for planning, oversight, and coordination of activities to drive effective compliance with regulatory requirements and policies across the Ethos Laboratories markets. She, additionally, is responsible for leading the human resources department, with a focus on developing and executing recruiting, talent acquisition and employee relations strategies that represent the organization’s culture and values. As a member of the executive team, Ms. Kirkpatrick contributes directly to long and short-term strategic objectives of the organization while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees HR programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization.

Kirkpatrick was a 2020 C-Suite Finalist as Chief Human Resources Officer for her human resources and compliance work during the pandemic.

Kirkpatrick holds a law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and a LL.M. from Loyola School of Law. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati. She obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate through University of South Florida and maintains a SHRM-CP Certification.

Roman Gomon
Technology Audit Manager at Paycor
Roman is a Technology Audit Manager at Paycor HCM. where he responsible for implementation of SOX-IT compliance within existing company processes, overall process improvement and managing a relationship with company’s external auditors.

Roman started his career in EY and spent over 8 years in financial and technology audit roles, managing multiple teams and projects along the way. Roman’s most recent role was a Technology Audit Manager in Gap, where he led a team of Tech Audit individuals performing compliance audits in areas such as SOX, Security and Privacy, and System implementations.

Roman earned a CPA certification in 2014 and CISSP in 2021. Roman is enthusiastic about security and privacy fields, where he stays up to date with the most recent trends and developments in these two areas.
