Rediscovering The Books of Daniel and Revelation

ESCHATOLOGY -- a theological term that designates the study of what will happen at the end of history, particularly the event known as the SECOND COMING of Christ. You can't relly produce a clear chronology of the End Times, however, by stringing the books of Daniel and Revelation's visions in order like beads on a necklace you can get some landscape. The timing of the tribulation and rapture are, frankly, only minor themes in the biblical text. While my view is pre-millennial, post-trib, we'll explore objectively all the popular views. Ultimately, then Daniel and Revelation must be understood on its own terms.

My purpose isn't to take some dogmatic position on controversial issues, but to help you understand and heed the symbolism attached to both Daniel and Revelation. It'll shake you out of your spiritual lethargy and stimulate you to be a faithful witness no matter what you face in coming days.
