    Alison Kaye
Managing Director, STMA & Colour at CPI UK
Alison graduated from Luton University with a BSc in Geography. Post university she initially worked in the conference and exhibition sector, working both in the UK domestic market, as well as across Continental Europe. However, she quickly realised an administrative role requiring continued attention to detail wasn’t her strong point! It was at this stage she moved into a direct field sales role. Her first sales position was in logistics with Dexion, having spent a couple of years within this organisation, she then moved to print manufacturing, a market where she has remained for the past 20yrs. During this time, she has worked her way through various sales roles within two main businesses, including the former St Ives Group, and CPI Group, becoming a senior board member by her early 30’s, and fulfilling a role as pan-European Group Sales Director with CPI UK. Having then left CPI for a similar senior leading sales role at Service Graphics, within two year’s she was asked to return to CPI to take up the position of Managing Director. Alison has been in her current role as MD for the past four years.
