The Replays for this unit were available through June 4, 2026.
Botany is designed with purposeful connections to everyday life that make it truly meaningful. Students will be cooking and baking to connect the parts of plants in nature with the foods that they eat. They will be labeling, making observations, recording, researching, and learning more about the incredible plant world and its impact on our lives.
Students will also enjoy making a flower press, learning about the effects of disappearing bees, discovering how maple syrup is made, completing experiments, and studying beautiful illustrations and diagrams along the way.
