John McCullough has been working around CAD and engineering technology since high school. In his current role as general manager of marketing at Kubotek Kosmos, he has brought those decades of experience to bear in guiding the company through new product releases and major marketing initiatives into specialized technical verticals over the decades.

He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, and has published numerous engineering-related articles over the years.

Will Smith
Digital Engineering MBD Consultant, Action Engineering
Will Smith is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 20 years in the aerospace industry. As digital engineering consultant with Action Engineering, Will supports suppliers and OEMs navigating the shift to model-based definition (MBD) and digital thread adoption.

Will brings deep expertise in CATIA-based MBD practices, while also being fluent in other major CAD platforms including SOLIDWORKS, NX, and Creo. His practical experience spans both design and manufacturing, with hands-on proficiency in machining, composites, sheet metal and additive manufacturing.

He is a strong advocate for supplier readiness and digital upskilling, guiding organizations to align with evolving Department of Defense (DoD) technical data standards and digital manufacturing requirements. Through training, coaching and technical leadership, Will helps manufacturers become competitive players in digitally connected supply chains.
