Michael Sansoucy has spent more than 30 years in the injection molding industry, holding positions in engineering, tooling, operations and sales. He holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Massachusetts and a master's degree in business administration from Keller Graduate School. For the past 25 years, Michael has worked in the machinery industry as an applications engineer helping to design and manage complex production systems then moving to direct sales, sales leadership and executive leadership roles. Michael is currently the vice president of sales and turnkey systems for Arburg, Inc.

Marko Koellmer has spent more than 25 years in the injection molding industry, holding positions in service, administration and sales. He holds a degree in engineering and business from colleges in his home country of Germany. For the past 10 years, Marko has worked for Arburg Inc as area manager sales and engineering and has most recently assumed a new role within the organization as manager business development automation and turnkey.
