With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Aaron has spent much of that time at IAC, a tier-one supplier focusing on interior plastics. There he held positions in design, engineering, safety and innovation. Additive manufacturing has been a tool for prototype development, manufacturing aids and innovation enablers for most of his career. Aaron joined HP in 2019 to focus on supporting OEMs to realize the benefit of additive as a cost-avoidance tool in development, validation path and to address parts on vehicles through a production road map.

3D Application Engineer, HP
Wes Kramer is a 3D application engineer at HP based out of San Diego. He supports the sales team by answering technical questions regarding MJF 3D printing, providing in-depth part cost analyses and assisting with 3D application selection. Specializing in post-processing and texturing, he works with customers to get the most out of their MJF 3D printer and bring end-use parts to market.

Jens Hübner has been active in the field of additive manufacturing in various positions for many years. Starting at RWTH Aachen University as a research assistant, then process development in pre-development at Daimler, and in his current position as an application specialist in the DACH region at HP, he is involved in the commercial use of 3D printing for series production.

Isabel Sanz
3D Category Business Manager
Isabel Sanz is a mechanical engineer from the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia in Spain and the RWTH Aachen in Germany who complemented her studies with a master's in project management. She started her career at HP 10 years ago as an R&D engineer in the large format printing business. In the 3D printing business, Isabel set up and managed the initial WW benchmark facility for MJF customers and later transitioned to develop applications and post-processes as an advanced technical consultant. In November of 2018, she moved to San Diego as the team lead of the AMS application engineers and developed new applications that scaled to production with several customers. She's currently working as a 3D category business manager for the Americas region, looking for new and innovative ways to develop the adoption of additive manufacturing and evangelizing the transformation of production to additive manufacturing.
