Many adults struggle to maintain normal blood pressure, even with traditional pharmaceutical therapies. Despite guidelines presenting lifestyle interventions as part of the standard of care, many patients are unaware of how their daily behaviors and habits can impact their health. In this presentation we will discuss why a holistic approach to healthy blood pressure is needed and what we can do as practitioners to help our patients achieve it. In most cases, integrative practitioners can and should do more for their patients who have a goal of healthy blood pressure.*
