This 2-part webinar series explores the pathophysiology and etiology of Mast Cell Activation (MCAS) and histamine reactions secondary to other conditions.* Mast cells are influenced by environmental, dietary, genetic, and epigenetic factors.* A thorough natural approach involves supporting mast cells through herbs and foods, avoiding triggers, and addressing root causes such as vagal nerve tone, hormonal balance, liver health, immune health, and infections.* Using case studies, participants will gain a practical practitioner toolbox that includes dietary and nutrient strategies, herbal supplements, and lifestyle interventions for comprehensive mast cell support.*
Part 2:
Building on the mast cell stabilization strategies from Part 1, this session will address the underlying drivers of mast cell activation, including liver function and immune health.* We will explore how to integrate herbal solutions and natural therapies to address these root causes while continuing mast cell–calming support.* Case studies will illustrate how to create comprehensive, layered treatment plans that move beyond symptom management to long-term resolution.*
Learning Objectives:
By the end of Part 1, participants will be able to:
1. Differentiate between primary MCA and secondary histamine intolerance.*
2. Identify dietary, environmental, genetic, and physiological factors that trigger mast cells.*
3. Recommend foods, nutrients, and herbs that stabilize mast cells and reduce inflammation.*
