His 15 years’ experience in digital technologies and software solutions have included various roles such as P&L responsibility, business development, research, sales, and consulting. During that period he has come to realize that while businesses quite easily solve tech-related challenges and invent great new products and services, they commonly struggle with commercializing them. Mika’s particular area of interest is how data and AI (Artificial Intelligence) can transform what companies sell (the offerings) and how they make money (the revenue models) with a view to developing pioneering commercialization strategies.

Maija is the Global Head of Analytics at KONE, the global leader in the elevator and escalator industry and provider of innovative digital and People Flow® solutions. She leads analytics capability development across KONE to drive the utilization of data for even better performance.
Maija has extensive international experience in the areas of data, analytics and strategy across consulting, start-ups and large multinationals in both B2C and B2B sectors. She holds M.Sc. degree in applied mathematics, strategy and international business and MBA from the University of Cambridge.
