About
Want to see into the future? Welcome to the Future of Retail unveiled!

This webinar brought to you by Futurice introduces our well-researched speculation of how retail and grocery shopping might look like in 2030. In the webinar, you’ll get to dive deep into our vision work that brings inspiration and insights and helps to investigate emerging opportunity areas as well as learn about the strategic risks involved in the retail industry.

The vision work includes 23 trends that explore the political, economical, societal, technological, legal and environmental drivers for change. It reveals four different approaches to what the future of retail might look like for consumers, retailers, brands and logistics and what are the key technologies enabling it.

In the webinar we’ll dive into the actual vision work, the results and the collaborators involved - Aalto University, Berner, Olvi and Kesko - will tell how they see the future of retail.

The Future of Retail 2030 vision will be published in September.
