Mia’s background is in sociology and design research, and she has had opportunities to develop methodologies for futures design both as a post-doctorate researcher in Aalto University Media Lab and in business settings. Mia loves trend research, speculative thinking and all kinds of what-if -questions. Lately, she has been focusing on helping customers find their path in the data economy. Mia is one of the creative forces behind the newly published Future of Retail work.
Olli Heikkilä
Marketing Director, Olvi
Olli Heikkilä has worked for Olvi for 29 years already of which 16 as a member of the Management Team. Olvi holds the world record in how many categories a brewery can operate: 55 categories. When Olli Heikkilä started, Olvi had three categories: beers, waters and sodas. Olli Heikkilä’s responsibility is to take care of consumer demand. Heikkilä appreciates history but always looks forward.

Lasse Mitronen, D.Sc. (Econ.), Works at Aalto University School of Business as a Senior Fellow. He lectures and researches in the university field around themes e.g. service business, trade business, service platforms, strategic management and customer relationship management.
Annina Antinranta
Principal Designer and Futurist, Futurice
Annina works at the intersection of design, creative technology and business. She has a diverse background in futures research, art, design, branding, performing arts and music. In the past year, Annina has researched Future of Retail and led the team behind the newly published Future of Retail website.
