About
With data at their heart, mobility ecosystems are the key to successful mobility innovation. Nevertheless, without a purpose and a common vision even the best mobility ecosystem might miss its goal - to actually connect users and support them in their journey as well as bring value and revenue to the ones participating in the ecosystem.

In this webinar, our Principal Advisor Kaj Pyyhtiä will discuss with Tamy B. Ribeiro, Chief Mobility Evangelist at Wunder Mobility and Christian Höber, Co-Founder and CEO of Pinkbus, what it takes to create a mobility ecosystem that provides value to all involved players - to its users and the companies that built it.

What are elements that attract customers to a bundle of services? What is critical to keep them using your ecosystem? What are the different roles that your company can take in these kinds of partnerships? And how might you set it up to actually generate revenue?

You will gain insights on why a human-centric approach is needed to develop integrated services and learn why and how customers choose a specific mobility service.
