Dr. Liz Bartman
Dr. Liz Bartman is a naturopathic doctor with two decades’ worth of experience in the medical field and a little over 10 years of that time spent in functional and naturopathic medicine. Her undergraduate education was completed at Pacific University with a degree in Cellular and Molecular biology. This was followed by several years working in the nursing and research field, before deciding to go into naturopathic medicine. She holds several advanced certificates in herbal medicine, bioinformatics and genetic and genomic medicine, allowing her to hold a unique perspective on both the science and wisdom of natural supplementation and precision medicine. She currently serves as the Director of Clinical Sciences for EndoAxis, where she marries complex hormone analysis with a systematic approach to identify the root cause of a hormone imbalance, partnered with robust herbal formulations created to target the “why” and not the “what” of a hormone concern. She enjoys bridging the gaps of treatment and research in both the conventional and functional fields to provide tailored, evidence-based therapies to patients and providers. Dr. Liz has previously worked as a clinical educator for Precision Analytical, the lab that offers the DUTCH test, where she researched, reviewed, interpreted and advised on thousands of urinary sex-hormone, adrenal and organic acid tests. She has educated and consulted with physicians from around the world on complex hormone cases and has spoken professionally about hormone health, environmental toxin impacts on health, and nutrigenomic medicine.
