Karin Stevens oversees Overhaul’s growth and product design and delivery efforts for the Commercial Enterprise line of business. Karin joined Overhaul at its inception in 2016 and has helped the organization market, sell and operationalize Overhaul’s supply chain visibility, integrity and security solutions with many of the world’s leading technology, pharmaceutical and retail brands. Karin works with Overhaul’s clients to help solve key problems in their supply chain. During her tenure, the company has grown to over 200 employees, completed two significant rounds of funding and expanded the team footprint internationally in Europe and Mexico. Prior to Overhaul, Karin worked in client strategy at several top tier digital agencies helping build and deliver global and national go to market plans for technology-based companies, including Dell, Microsoft, Equinix and Teradata

Frankie Mossman is the Chief Customer Officer for Overhaul. Frankie joined Overhaul in May2019 as the Vice President of Operations before advancing into her current role as CCO. At Overhaul, Frankie is focused on driving customer success initiatives and further streamlining operational processes to help scale the company’s rapid growth. Frankie has an extensive background in supply chain logistics and global manufacturing environments, serving as the Vice President of Global Logistics at Flex where she was responsible for procurement, network design and operations, and managed$400 million in annual logistics spend across 30 countries. Most recently, Frankie served as the Vice President of Integrated Logistics & Materials Management at Honeywell where she was focused around leveraging global synergies across all of Honeywell's businesses and networks to drive best practices across the company.

Amy Shortman is a Chartered Fellow of The Institute of Transport and Logistics (UK) and has more than 20 years of experience within pharmaceutical logistics. She started her career in an operations role for a global clinical trial logistics provider, then went on to establish the UK and Irish operation for one of the world’s leading active temperature control container organizations. Amy has extensive experience in establishing and managing supply chains for multi-modal high-value and temperature-sensitive freight.

As GM of Insurtech, David Braunstein oversees the division’s landing strategy that drives revenue while increasing the company’s capabilities in the space.

Braunstein’s background cuts across industries and is deeply rooted within innovation and analytics technologies, including IoT, AI and predictive analytics. Most recently, Braunstein served as President for Together for Safer Roads where he had P&L and functional responsibility across all areas of the organization’s mission to make roads safer for all road users. Prior to that, he held leadership roles with IBM as an Industry Innovation Lead, where he focused on both retail and insurance clients

Mike McSpedon is the SVP of Sales at Overhaul. He is a hands-on sales executive with 23+ years of experience delivering immediate and impressive results. He is a highly driven cultural leader generating new business relationships and capitalizing on market potential. As a passionate player-coach, he has proven his ability in developing high-performing teams and designing sales support infrastructure. Prior to joining Overhaul, Mike was an active sales leader for companies such as ThirdPartyTrust, project44 and GlobalView Software.
