Brittany joined Franklin & Prokopik in 2012 as an associate attorney. She concentrates her civil liability defense practice in the areas of professional liability, construction, medical malpractice, and transportation with experience representing insurers, medical facilities and practitioners, construction developers and contractors, and trucking carriers and drivers in State and Federal Courts through all states of the litigation process. Brittany focuses her practice on complex, multi-party disputes, often involving catastrophic accidents.
