Patricia specialises in Court of Protection work and legal issues relating to the elderly and vulnerable. She has a background in private client law with over 30 years’ experience specialising in the field and has handled complex cases for the Court of Protection relating to those suffering from birth or acquired brain injury or by reason of the degenerative illnesses of old age.
Holly is an expert in Court of Protection work, specialising in making and defending applications. This includes complex property and affairs, Deputyship applications, acting for both children who have suffered brain injury and for adults who have lost or are losing mental capacity.

Prior to joining Tilney in 2011 as Head of Investment Management, Gareth held a number of senior management positions at UBS Wealth Management including Head of Investment Management and Chief Investment Officer. Gareth began his investment career at stockbroking firm Williams de Broe followed by Singer and Friedlander. Gareth has a degree in International Law from the University of Keele.
