The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global mental health crisis, and people are struggling.
41.5% of US adults exhibited signs of depression or anxiety in early 2021, according to the Centers for Disease Control, while overdose killed more than 100,000 Americans last year.
These illnesses can be just as debilitating as physical illness. Leaders must take action to ensure a healthy, happy and productive workforce, as well as to attract and retain employees in a competitive market.
Join Teladoc for a Q&A panel discussion on how COVID-19 has impacted employee mental wellbeing, why more employers are recognizing the importance of mental health benefits, and how this can be seamlessly integrated into any employee benefit offering.
