Social determinants of health (SDOH) are the environmental conditions where people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age that affect a wide range of health, functioning, and quality-of-life outcomes and risks.
Inequities in these conditions—such as food insecurity and lack of transportation—have a profound impact on healthcare outcomes for all Americans. But most employee benefits do not address SDOH, but rather the outcomes of these poor conditions, such as diabetes and poor medication management.
Join Soda Health–a healthcare technology company focused on building solutions which eliminate health inequities—for a Q&A panel discussion about SDOH and why more employers need to address them for a healthier workforce.
