My background includes over thirty years as a recruiter and recruiting manager. I am a Phi Beta Kappa Society member with an education in Women and Gender Studies and African American Studies. I received the Alice Paul Award for Activism and am a member of the Honor Society in Women & Gender Studies. In addition, I am a Certified Coach Graduate of the Institute for
Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
I decided to work with women over 40 after my experience in the workplace and my research during my studies. Even today, women face diminishing value in the workplace after 40. They face many challenges, and I want to give them the tools to overcome them. I offer one-on-one career coaching, resume reviews, interview practice, and a 'Building Your Legacy Season
course.' You can also find my newsletter on LinkedIn. I speak at events, guest on podcasts, write articles on overcoming the impact of age discrimination on women, and consult with Idonea.
When I'm not working with candidates or creating tools for job search services, I am passionate about my children, grandchildren, furry children, reading, and photography.
