Gordon Flammer is a seasoned entrepreneur and data strategist. He is the former Founder and CEO of Datava, a data activation platform designed for credit unions. Under his leadership, Datava grew into a market leader with 100% client retention and was later acquired by Kinective, where Gordon now serves as SVP of Data Activation.

Known for his technical insight, strategic vision, and operational rigor, Gordon has spent his career building solutions that simplify complex data ecosystems, empower users with actionable intelligence, and deliver tangible ROI. He is deeply experienced in analytics, customer intelligence, product development, and scaling go-to-market teams in B2B software environments.

Director of Solutions Architecture, Mole Street
Chris DiPietro is the Director of Solutions Architecture at Mole Street, where he helps professional services firms—especially in accounting and consulting—align their people, processes, and technology with HubSpot to drive scalable growth and better client experiences.

Prior to Mole Street, he spent four and a half years at HubSpot, starting in channel sales, where he helped agencies and partners grow their businesses through the platform. He later moved into sales engineering, working directly with customers to design and implement scalable, custom-built solutions. His work at HubSpot combined deep technical consulting, solution design, and strategic implementation—always with a focus on driving growth through smarter use of technology.

Earlier in his career, he led middleware integration projects at Lionbridge, gaining valuable experience in complex B2B systems and global content operations.

John was the marketing director for Symitar for 16 years. He was also the very first technology reporter for The Credit Union Journal and has written for every major credit union publication. In 2005, he co-founded Credit Union Business magazine and served as its executive editor for two years. Outside the industry, John was the editor of ComputorEdge magazine and also authored a number of mass-market computer books. He's qualified as an expert witness on computers and the internet in California Superior Court.
