I am heading out to Sedona and Flagstaff next month. I have never been to either of these locations and am excited to explore. However, I also want to come away with some great photos.

To accomplish that a great deal of planning goes into the trip. I like to know what to expect when I arrive at a location to take some of the stress away from scouting.

In this event, I will show you everything that goes into my thought process when planning a photo trip. I will discuss how:

• I scout locations before I even leave my house
• I plan for the types of photos I want to shoot
• I determine what equipment I will bring
• I use various apps to make my planning easier
