Rachael Mann is passionate about all things related to education, technology, and science. She believes in the importance of shaping the educational philosophies and spaces of today by looking toward the innovations of tomorrow. Rachael is an international keynote speaker at conferences and events across the globe. She speaks and writes about disruptive technology, education, and careers. She is the author of The Spaces You Will Go, The CTSO Competition Companion, and coauthor of Martians in Your Classroom.

Rachael holds an MA in educational leadership and has 14 years of classroom teaching experience. Ms. Mann’s experience includes her work as the Network to Transform Teaching State Director, the Professional Learning Director of STEM, and the Arizona State Director for Educators Rising. She is a founding member of the Council on the Future of Education and serves on national boards that are dedicated to ensuring that young people are future-ready. Rachael is listed in the Top 30 Global Gurus in Education.

Ms. Ebony Davis is a Curriculum Support Specialist for the M-DCPS Division of Academics, Department of Social Sciences, where she oversees the implementation of financial literacy education. She has 16 years of education experience, with 14 years teaching at the high school level.

Business Education Teacher & 2019 Pennsylvania Business Educator of the Year
Jennifer Drey has been a Business Educator for the last 17 years. She first discovered her love of Business (and Accounting) while taking high school courses and participating in FBLA. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Business Education from Bloomsburg University. She continued her M.Ed.’s at Wilkes University in Classroom Technology and Educational Leadership.

Jennifer is currently teaches at the Milton Hershey School where she serves as the advisor for the National Technical Honor Society and FBLA. While working with the Hershey Trust Company, Jennifer also advises the Investment Club. Jennifer runs an annual Day of Service at MHS where she coordinates 50 locations and over 900 individuals serving the community. Jennifer previously has presented at PBEA and NBEA conferences. Jennifer resides in Pottsville, PA with her husband Jake and two children, Hudson (7) and Ruby (4). She is the 2019 Pennsylvania Business Educator of the Year.
