Anthony Milam is the Compliance Assistance Specialist for the Charleston Area OSHA Office. Anthony has been the Compliance Assistance Specialist for just over 1 year. Prior to that Anthony was a Compliance Officer with a specialty in Industrial Hygiene in the Charleston Area Office for 4 years. Anthony began his OSHA career as a Compliance Officer with a specialty in Industrial Hygiene in 2010 stationed in the Norfolk VA Federal OSHA Office. As a Compliance Assistance Specialist, Anthony provides outreach to employers, employer associations, and the general public within the jurisdictional area. Anthony also manages partnerships, alliances, and the VPP program for West Virginia.

Chantell Foley is an associate in the Fisher Phillips Louisville office. Chantell’s background includes significant experience in health and safety litigation. She uses this experience to counsel clients during government investigations and throughout the litigation process. Chantell also represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including charges of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims. Prior to joining the firm, Chantell was an attorney with the Kentucky Labor Cabinet, where she litigated Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) disputes in administrative courts. This experience allows Chantell to provide unique insight into workplace inspection procedures and the citation process. She is also equipped to provide employers with the best defense tactics when defending OSHA violations.

Todd Logsdon is a partner in the Fisher Phillips Louisville office and co-chair of the firm's Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Practice Group, a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Taskforce and SBA Loan Team. His practice is devoted to advising and representing employers regarding labor and employment law matters. Todd is regarded as a leader on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issues including contesting and litigating OSHA citations, representing employers during OSHA inspections/investigations, conducting OSHA compliance audits, defending whistleblower/retaliation claims as well as providing OSHA compliance advice to clients. He also regularly handles employment disputes such as discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wage and hour and covenants not to compete on behalf of his clients. His practice includes the defense of employment-related claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as counseling and training clients on day-to-day compliance issues and litigation avoidance.

Todd accrued many years of practical experience prior to beginning his legal career working in manufacturing with responsibilities for Human Resources and Safety.
