In this role, he leads data-driven initiatives that optimize FPL’s advanced metering infrastructure and field operations, helping improve grid reliability, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Jorge and his team turn data from FPL’s smart meters and grid devices into actionable insights that support planning, maintenance, and revenue protection across the service territory. He works closely with engineering, operations, and customer teams to align analytics strategy with FPL’s broader vision for a smarter, more resilient grid.

Andrew Kaminsky is the Strategic Software Sales Leader at TESCO Metering, where he oversees the growth and direction of TESCO’s technology platforms, including the Meter Manager® software suite. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Andrew brings deep experience in SaaS leadership, data integration, and operational transformation.

At TESCO, he focuses on helping utilities modernize their metering operations through intuitive, scalable software and data-driven workflows. Andrew works closely with customers and internal product teams to ensure Meter Manager continues to evolve as a high-value platform that supports efficiency, accuracy, and long-term operational excellence.

Aaron Larson joined the POWER team in September 2013 as an associate editor and was named executive editor in 2017. Aaron has a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering technology and a master’s degree, specializing in finance. He spent 13 years in the U.S. Navy nuclear power program, advancing to Chief Petty Officer. He has worked at commercial nuclear, biomass, and coal-fired power plants, functioning in operations, maintenance, safety, financial, and management capacities.
