Global Sales Leader, Gas Turbine Upgrades; GE Vernova
Leigh-Ann has served as the Global Sales Leader of 7E upgrades for the past 10 years. In that role, she works with product line in the development of new products, with supply chain to secure hardware in a timely manner, and with the sales team to develop project strategies that maximize benefit to GE Vernova’s users. During her 26+ years at GE Vernova, she has also worked as an application engineer, commercial director for CSA’s, and CRM vertical leader. Leigh-Ann holds bachelor, masters, and Ph.D. degrees in Aerospace Engineering, all from Georgia Tech.

Jay Bryant
7E Product Manager; GE Vernova
Jay has served as the product manager for the 7E family of gas turbines for 10 years, overseeing over 1,100 units in 27 countries. During his 27 years at GE Vernova, his experience includes global supply chain, quality, and commercial intelligence, notably as the commercial director for B/E multi-year service agreements. Jay holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina.

Bob Young
B/E-Class Systems Integration Leader; GE Vernova
Bob has acted as the Systems Integration leader for the B/E Fleet for the past 3 years. In this role he serves the fleet from a technical perspective across new product design, commercial bids, root cause analysis, field-issue resolution, and anywhere where engineering has a hand - coordinating the engineering teams to align technical strategy to customer needs.

During his 16 years at GE Vernova he has worked in detailed cradle-to-grave component design for Turbine Rotors and Hot Gas Path across the B/E, Annular, and Cross-Fleet product ranges, and held technical and people leadership roles. Bob holds a masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University, UK.

Steve Byam
B/E-Class Engineering Platform Leader; GE Vernova
With 25 years of experience at GE Vernova, Steve serves as the Platform Leader for the B & E Class product lines, overseeing the strategic technical direction and fleet reliability for the 9E, 7E, and 6B portfolios. In this role, he partners with global service and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions that maximize asset availability and long-term value for customers. Throughout his tenure, Steve has held diverse leadership roles in systems integration and product development, consistently focused on bridging technical capability with operational excellence to support the evolving needs of the fleet. Steve holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine.
