Medical Director for Employer Wellness - Providence St. Joseph Health

Christopher P. Celio, MD, is the Medical Director for Employer Wellness programs at Providence St. Joseph Health, the nation’s third-largest not-for-profit health system. Dr. Celio is at the forefront of making wellness more personalized, effective and affordable for consumers and employer groups.

Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Celio has been with Providence St Joseph Health for seven years. Currently, he serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Orange County Medical Association and has served on the board of trustees at St. Jude Medical Center, where he chaired the quality committee. Dr. Celio received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE.
