The program will include a discussion of these critical issues, including an overview of the impact of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the CARES Act on your health plans.

Also, this program will discuss the insurance, benefit, and employment laws recently passed by the state legislature and that will impact the workplace and the design and implementation of health and welfare benefit plans in the new year.

An update on the ACA will be included, with an emphasis on its on-going impact on individuals, businesses, IRS reporting, and record keeping.

Potential IRS audit targets created by the ACA will be addressed, with an action plan for compliance.
