Sh. Dinesh Ranjan Pradhan is a Scientist-C in Library Science who holds a B.Sc. and an M.L.I.Sc. from Utkal University, Odisha. Associated with the INFLIBNET Centre since October 2007, he is currently active in the E-Resource Access and Management Group, where he oversees key initiatives including the e-ShodhSindhu Consortium, the recently launched One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) initiative, the INDCAT Database, and the Research Data Management Group, among several other projects.
His areas of expertise span e-resource management, library automation, open-source software in library science, and open access initiatives.
Dr. Mouboni Dutta is a Research Integrity Auditor within Elsevier’s Research Integrity and Publishing Ethics Centre of Expertise. In her current role, she leads large-scale audits which involves publishing ethics investigations across journals, coordinating with stakeholders, and upholding ethical standards across scholarly publishing.
