- The regulations including the fundamental standards
- How the 5 questions & KLOEs support your QA systems
- How to provide person centred care and support
- How to demonstrate the delivery of high-quality care
- How to prepare for an inspection
- How to plan to continuously improve & innovate your services.

The course will also include the changes to the CQC Inspection regime as these are communicated and developed over the coming period of time.

Designed and delivered by adult social care experts, including ex CQC inspectors and providers, our online webinars are fully aligned to the regulatory requirements and are aimed at:

- Registered managers
- Nominated individuals
