Not only is the increased demand for family caregiving expected to continue, but with demographic changes, the way that care for loved ones who are ill or have disabilities is distributed is also evolving. As young adults, including graduate students may be more likely to caregive it's important that they learn ways to help them cope with this additional demand on their time.
