Keynote: Wendy Talbot and Rick Moore on the NCQA DAV Program

The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is a private, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. As NCQA’s Chief Information Officer, Rick is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the Information Services, Information Technology and Information Products. Previously, he was Director of Health Informatics at the National Association of Children’s Hospitals, and also served in the Office of the Secretary of Health Affairs at the Department of Defense.

Wendy Talbot is the Assistant Vice President for the Measure Collection and Audit departments with the NCQS, responsible for NCQA’s HEDIS® Compliance Audit program and its Data Collection Department, receiving over 2,400 audited data submissions annually. Wendy has 18 years of industry experience working with federal, state and local government, managed care, behavioral health, and physician groups.
