Neil Habig
Mr. Habig has worked in infrastructure development for more than 25 years and specifically, in the area of Renewable Energy Development, for more than 15 years. During this period Mr. Habig has worked on renewable energy facilities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Mr. Habig has a BS in mechanical engineering from Villanova University and an MS in technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

David Capparelli
Mr. Capparelli has been involved in the energy industry since 1990, with experiences in project development, business development, power plant design, power plant construction, sales and marketing. He is a veteran of renewables, experiencing and playing a part of its growth since its infancy. Since the start of his career, he has contributed to the construction and transaction of over 2,000 MWs renewable energy and gas-fired electrical generation projects and the sales representing $2.5B in Wind Turbines.

Mr. Capparelli holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Mr. Kinder is an Engineering Manager in GAI’s Power Generation Market Sector. Specializing in design and permitting for civil engineering projects, Mr. Kinder’s areas of expertise include civil site design, erosion and sediment control, storm water management, hydraulic modeling, floodplain management and floodplain permitting, and solid waste landfill design.

A licensed Professional Engineer in West Virginia and Virginia and a Certified Floodplain Manager, Mr. Kinder received his Bachelor of Science Degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and has 20 years of experience in a variety of civil engineering projects.
