About This Webinar
This session is an advanced session and is for those that have already attended our "Getting Started" training and are already familiar and comfortable with the ReadyConnect platform and the Referral Manager. This training will pick up where "Getting Started" finished and features recommendations from some of our top closing agents to help you master the intro call with referrals. This includes pre-call preparation tips, what to say, what topics to avoid, and most importantly, how to improve the number of meetings you set to increase your closings. Everything you will need to take your ReadyConnect experience to the next level.

Jason Sheard
Jason Sheard has over 20 years of experience working at Move, Inc / Realtor.com. His career started in technical support, where he supported customers of the 6i desktop and 7i internet versions of Top Producer software. Jason has had various roles in training, supervising and managing technical support teams over the years. He enjoys expanding his knowledge on topics that include technology and real estate. Jason received certification for passing the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course from UBC Sauder School of Business in April 2018. As of 2019, Jason has joined the Customer Education and Training team, where he trains real estate professionals on using Realtor.com software and solutions.
