For over 17 years, I have had the privilege of developing partnerships with numerous employers to design and implement end to end HR programs and systems that both improve employee engagement and meet compliance requirements. I work directly with organizations to improve leadership commitment and competence through customized curriculum, one-on-one coaching, and team development. In addition to supporting employers with organization and leadership development, I oversee the design and delivery of professional development workshops regularly attended by business leaders, managers and HR professionals.
