Presentation Description:

We want to give you the  tools and information to help you build a better interview process that replaces your own unconscious bias with a bias based on facts. Knowing those facts will help you build the right questions and a candidate experience that has talent who you don't hire telling their friends how great their experience was. With the right process in place, you and your team will feel less anxiety and be more confident that you're hiring the right people!

Takeaways:

1. Become more aware of your own biases
2. Build questions to help you "screen-in" the right candidates
3. Create a more inclusive and authentic candidate experience
