INTERNATIONAL WEBINARS ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING
IN THE LIGHT OF THE “LAUDATO SI”
AND OF THE “FRATELLI TUTTI” ENCYCLICALS

In 2016 alone, over 40 million people were victims of modern slavery (ILO, IOM). Out of all these instances of human trafficking, only 0.01% of cases end in a conviction (Kevin Hyland). We will focus on the gap between the current state of the law on human trafficking, and its implementation in practice.
