    Beth Broom is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I). She owns a private counseling practice specializing in trauma healing. She also serves as the Care Minister at The Village Church Denton in Denton, Texas. Beth is the founder and director of Christian Trauma Healing Network, an international association designed to bring trauma care and healing to Christians in the Church and society. She co-hosts a podcast called “Counsel for Life,” engaging conversations about mental health and the Christian life.

    Nate Brooks, PhD.
    Asst. Professor of Counseling, Reformed Theological Seminary
    Dr. Nate Brooks is an assistant professor of Christian Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Brooks teaches both introductory and specialized counseling courses, covering theology, history, and the evaluation of psychological theories as well as the supervision of students throughout their practicums. Prior to joining the faculty at RTS, Brooks earned an MDiv at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, where he served for several years as a teaching assistant and co-instructor with Dr. Jeremy Pierre. He writes frequently for the Biblical Counseling Coalition and other organizations.
