Sharon Douglas holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Huston-Tillotson College in Austin, TX. She furthered her education in Military Science Transportation at the University of Texas at Austin and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. Sharon served two years on active duty and 12 years in the Army Reserve. During her time as a Captain in the Army Reserve, she trained cadets at The University of Toledo. She also pursued a Master’s in Human Resources Education Technology at The University of Toledo and the University of Iowa and studied Architectural Technology at the University of Dallas. Currently, Sharon is the sole proprietor of Potere Construction LLC, located in Fort Worth, TX. Sharon has garnered multiple accolades, including the Luna Established Construction Firm Award, Luna Rising Star Firm, Black Chamber Business Woman of the Year Engle Award, NCTRCA Outstanding DBE of the Year, Regional Black Contractor's Business of the Year Award, and the Texas Governor’s Award 2018. Despite numerous awards, her proudest achievement is guiding her company's evolution from a construction cleaning firm to a General Contractor and self-performing heavy highway concrete company, marked by significant experience and financial growth.

Patrick Jones is from Dahlonega, a town nestled in the North Georgia Mountains. Having grown up on a dirt road just a couple miles from where the Appalachian Trail starts, Patrick decided to leave the small town and attend the United States Military Academy - West Point. Patrick served as an Artillery Officer taking part in a combat deployment to Afghanistan and 5 years of service. As Managing Director of Proteus, Patrick brings his years of leadership, private sector, and recruiting experience to support clients.

EHS Manager, Skanska USA
Neil Moloney has worked in the construction industry for 11 years and is an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager with Skanska. In this role, he provides EHS oversight of active projects by ensuring policy and procedures are developed to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all workers and stakeholders on site. This includes creating and implementing project-specific EHS plans that align with safety, health and environmental legislation, regulations, and client requirements. Neil enlisted in the Pennsylvania Army National guard in 2017 and, following the completion of Officer Candidate School, Neil became a 2nd Lieutenant Infantry Officer. He served as a Platoon Leader of an Infantry Rifle Platoon for three years before being promoted to 1st Lieutenant. Most recently, Neil served as an executive officer of an Infantry Rifle Company while deployed to the Horn of Africa.

Aaron Reisinger is a Senior Vice President of Operations leading the company’s Government, Housing, and Construction efforts. Aaron retired as a Colonel from the Army after a 26-year Army engineer career. He most recently Commanded the Chicago District, United States Army Corps of Engineers, leading over 300 employees delivering a $250 million program in six states. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University, a Master of Science in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University, and a Master of Science in National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
