Customer Services Overview

As Chief Operating Officer at Diameter Health, with over 20 years of health care experience, Mary leads the Finance, Product, and Services organizations. Previously, she served as the President and General Manager at Optum Analytics for Payer and Provider Solutions. Earlier, Mary held senior client services roles at various informatics and analytics solution companies where she drove and executed strategies for rapid deployment of enterprise-wide solutions.

John leads the services and support organizations at Diameter Health and is responsible for the post-sale customer experience from implementation to support and ongoing professional services. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience, he held positions in support, operations and product management at Omnicell, and was also a management consultant.
