This six-week series is an International College of Ministry course for Theology & Ministry majors, as well as Christian Counseling electives.
This course is about manifesting the fruit of the Spirit and the freedom it brings from striving for God’s acceptance.
Are you tired? Have you lost the zeal and fire you once had for God? We will discuss the profound impact of surrender and its importance in receiving God’s grace to manifest the fruit of the Spirit. If you or someone you know has experienced spiritual burnout, this class is for you.
We can only manifest the fruit of the Spirit by daily surrendering to the Holy Spirit and receiving God’s grace. We will discuss how the Holy Spirit helps us walk in integrity and builds our character, as well as how we can overcome the works of the flesh. We will discuss the necessity of divine dependence and spiritual sensitivity, as well as daily reliance on the power of the Holy Spirit and God’s grace. Zechariah 4:6 says, “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of host.”
About the Teacher:
Dr. Lavencia is an author, founder of Prophetic Hub Training Center, Prophetic Wings Ministries Global, The Healing and Deliverance Academy in Biloxi MS, and the founder of The Launch Church International Training Center based in FL. She has a PhD in Christian Psychology and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling from ICM. She is an ordained Prophet and was ordained as an Apostle in 2018.
