An Artful Advent: Lesson 2
Artful Advent Lesson 2 focuses on The Visit! We learn from Luke Chapter 1 that Mary, having just received news of her extraordinary destiny, rushes to the hill country to see her much-older cousin Elizabeth.
Our project is inspired by French Post-Impressionist painter Maurice Denis and includes playful light and color, people, animals and trees.
As we create, we'll reflect on the importance of mentors and elders in our lives--those special people who confirm our vocation and speak life into our spiritual journey.
Materials needed: scissors, glue, black marker or colored pencil, writing pencil, and coloring tools of your choice: crayons, pastels, colored pencils, or markers.
A recording will be made available after the live session, so you can always rewind or play again if you've missed something.
