David Boll, DC CPC PES, is a forensic chiropractic consulting expert with over 25 years of experience and is a partner with Expert-Opinions. He is a native of Cedar Lake, WI, currently residing in Adell, WI. He graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1992. Dr. Boll began consulting in the mid to late '90s for various entities after being on staff as the Chiropractic Services Director at an insurance carrier headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Dr. Boll performs independent medicolegal consulting services to include expert witness testimony, consulting expert work, peer review, research, guideline development, Independent Medical Examinations, internal processing procedures, network credentialing, educational presentations, and appeals panel duties. He has been a member of the American College of Chiropractic Consultants (ACCC) for nearly two decades, serving as their President for the 2014-2015 term and currently has a role as a Board Advisor.

Dr. Boll obtained his Certified Professional Coder certification (CPC) from the AAPC in June 2019 and has a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification (PES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He spends time sea kayaking, surfski racing, cycling, sailing and coaching rugby. He avidly follows Formula One racing. Dr. Boll serves as the Head Athletic Performance Coach and Team Doctor for various local teams. He established and runs an athletic performance training and rehabilitation facility in East Central Wisconsin that assists high school and collegiate student-athletes, along with recreational athletes, in meeting their competitive goals and returning from injury.
