Join Knox Wimberly and Ann Kershaw again as they review more updates and changes that will prepare you for questions concerning disaster relief, premium tax credits and many other topics. Now is the time to strategize with your clients for year-end planning.

Refunds will be honored if written notification is received at the Administrative Office up to 5 days prior to the date of the course. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund. If the total registration fee was less than $25, no refund will be granted. Transferring the registration to another individual is allowed up to 5 days prior to the program date. Transfers or cancellations within 5 days of the course will not be accepted. “No Shows” forfeit their fees. Cancellation
VASEA reserves the right to cancel any program or course for circumstances that are not under direct control of VASEA. If a course or program is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email at the address listed on their registration form.

Knox is an Enrolled Agent. He earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards.

Knox is considered one of America's Tax Experts having taught practitioners all over the country.

Knox’s areas of expertise include the taxation of clergy, cryptocurrency, foreign earned income, estates (especially on the 1041 fiduciary return), S corporations, and trusts.

His practice also includes tax resolution and he is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.

In addition to his own practice, Knox most recently served as the Chief Tax Officer for Happy Tax (a national tax franchisor). He is also the Tax Director for cryptotaxacademy.com.

Knox is also a local pastor in the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church.
