Day 1 - Commissioning in the wake of Covid-19: Finding opportunity from adversity

Day 1, session 2 will see Kathy Evans, CEO of Children England, discuss the impact of Covid-19 on commissioning of Early Help services.

Commissioning the services and social infrastructure for effective early help was under serious pressure even before the pandemic, yet these services are more vital than ever. Kathy will share learning and experience from the voluntary and community sector, and share ideas for how local community responses can adapt and improve beyond the crisis.
