Prioritizing our teams’ safety in the new world of work

About This Webinar

There has been a dramatic shift in perspective regarding safety in the workplace since the beginning of 2020. Precautions as simple as hand washing reminders became a critical design feature in offices large and small. As vaccine distribution becomes more widespread, and leadership and employees alike begin returning to workspaces and embracing hybrid or flexible solutions, company leadership must prepare and prioritize safety -- both physical and mental -- for an employee experience far superior to the one we left behind at the onset of the pandemic.

In this session, health and safety experts will discuss tactical changes that can be made in both physical space, employee benefits, and company culture to ensure a better experience for companies of all sizes. Then, WeWork’s VP of Global Head of Design, Ebbie Wisecarver, will share the structural changes that have been made to WeWork’s 800 global locations to meet the highest health and safety standards.
