Larry’s teaching has always been framed around choosing and using good books to lead students to read, read, read. In this webinar, he will highlight ready-to-use, straightforward strategies to engage students, deepen comprehension, and nurture a love of reading. Larry will draw on ideas from his new book Better Reading Now and provide demonstrations of lessons that can be used spontaneously — at any time, in any reading program. The resource offers step-by-step, accessible, guaranteed-to-work strategies to use with the picture books, novels, nonfiction, and poetry that you introduce into the program.
