She is a fellow of both the National Press Foundation and the American Institute for Economic Research.

    Mike Donovan is the Chief Investment Officer of the University of Notre Dame. Mike has been a member of the Notre Dame investment team for over 23 years. The Notre Dame investment pool totals over $18 billion and includes the nation’s 10th largest university endowment fund. Previously, Mike co-founded a successful educational products company and practiced corporate law. Mike serves on the advisory boards of numerous private capital firms. He also is a director or advisor to a variety of charitable organizations. Mike holds a B.B.A. in finance from Notre Dame, a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Ms. Murphy currently oversees the investments of the $20 billion Orange County Employees Retirement System. Ms. Murphy joined OCERS in 2017 after many years as CIO of a non-profit US health system. Previous to that role, with a background in trading and portfolio management, Ms. Murphy was the co-founder and CIO of a boutique investment firm serving the bespoke needs of institutional fixed income investors. She is a graduate of Miami University and Xavier University and is a CFA charter holder.
