Carla Donahue, Ed.D. is an education leader, consultant, and Nationally Certified School
Psychologist who is passionate about transforming schools into supportive organizations for
student mental health and personalized learning. She coaches schools across the country in
building and implementing successful MTSS processes for social-emotional learning and
academics supports.
Carla has more than 15 years of experience providing school psychological services in schools
plagued by poverty, drug abuse, and violence. From her experiences working with children with
significant social-emotional needs, Carla knows the importance of creating safe and supportive
