Evelyn Schallberger is a Product Manager at ACI, a First American company, where she leads product development for Sky™ Workbench, ACI's next generation cloud-based appraisal platform. She works closely with appraisers, engineers, designers, and industry experts to create solutions that simplify appraisal workflows and support the industry's transition to UAD 3.6.

With more than a decade of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, Evelyn brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and product development. Her passion for understanding user needs and solving real world problems helps drive the creation of tools that make appraisers' work more efficient, intuitive, and effective.

As a key member of the team shaping the future of Sky™ Workbench, Evelyn partners directly with appraisers to ensure their feedback influences product decisions and innovation. She is committed to building technology that supports appraisers today while preparing them for the future of the valuation industry.

Scott Yeargin, SRA, is Chief Valuation Officer at ValueMate and VM Appraisals. He has more than twenty years of experience in residential valuation. Earlier in his career, he designed special-effects computer systems for Industrial Light & Magic, Walt Disney Motion Pictures, Lucasfilm, and Pixar.

Pietro Demicheli is Co-Founder and CTO of ValueMate, where he leads the product and engineering behind the company's UAD 3.6 reporting platform. He studied Artificial Intelligence at Carnegie Mellon.
